From the heart of New Jersey but never seen with big hair or nails, L.A. Burdette is a beauty guru and beacon of skincare heaven. A licensed Esthetician and Professional Makeup Artist, L.A. headed down under to begin her career as the Mistress of Beauty, working for Inglot Cosmetics and doing freelance work for weddings. After creating incandescent looks for blushing brides, L.A. went for the gold, and took her beauty act to photo shoots, music videos and films. She recently was the head makeup artist for K. Michelle's music video Can't Raise a Man.
Thanks to her training at the prestigious Rizzieri Aveda School and her amazing genes—Thanks mom, L.A.’s olive-skinned flawless face is currently the spokesmodel/ brand ambassador for Aneley Cosmetics, a natural and professional makeup line. L.A. was a spokesmodel for Mario Badescu Skin Care until 2013, a professional line with a cult celebrity following. Because L.A. is not just a glam beauty expert but a personable woman- you'll find her on the red carpet and at various events such as Mercedes Benz Fashion Week interviewing models, reality television stars, makeup artists, fashion designers, recording artists, beauty pageant queens and more. She is one of the hosts for Glam Sense Divas (www.glamsensedivas.com) and has appeared on TLC's Cake Boss, Bravo's Real Housewives of New York and BET. She also made a guest appearance on the Vinny & Mariana Show and is also featured in Entrigue Magazine's June 2014 issue and Vicissitude Magazine's 2014 Fall issue.
A former beauty blogger for The Examiner and Mario Badescu Skin Care, L.A. is currently the official Beauty Expert and Correspondent for Millennium Magazine, a lifestyle & entertainment print publication with interests in NY, L.A., Miami & Las Vegas.
